Very pleasant & nice friendly experience selling some of my crystal and china. They offered very reasonable prices for my collection. Easy to find - very good assortment of china and crystal to purchase. I would recommend to anyone.

this is a horrible company to do business with if you are selling china. I have been sending china to them since June. To date I have not received any payment. In fact I have sent 5 boxes and they say they have only received 3. I have tracking information and people who have signed for these boxes. Bobby told me if I didn't like there system I should not do business with them. And then hung up on me. So is this theft since FEDEX shows they have it. It is a couple of hundred of dollars. She told me they were going to close down accepting china because now they have to sell it. So I hope they find it before end of September when they shut down buying. Rude people. If I knew what I know now. Don't sell them your stuff.

Pleasure to deal with from initial e-mail to drop off and intake process. I contacted Classic Replacements with an inventory of my china and crystal. They responded quickly with a respectable offer to purchase all but a few pieces. The pieces they would not buy --- cups and saucers -- are ones that are not in demand and they cannot sell. While I hated to part with my china, they made the process easy.

Gave less money than quoted, never returned phone calls once they had the product and lied twice about when they sent check.

I think this may be a place to buy pieces of your china that needs to be replaced but it is NOT the place to sell your china, crystal or flatware. I did an inventory of my china, crystal and flatware and sent it to them to sell and got back the same message for all three which makes me suspect. "Hi and thank you for contacting Classic Replacements. Unfortunately, we are not purchasing your pattern at this time. However we do offer a simple, quick and effective classified ad service where you can post your items for sale on our website to be seen by the thousands of china and tableware buyers who visit Classic Replacements each month. Reach thousands of china buyers for only $9.99! Go to For a onetime only low fee of only $9.99, your listing will be visible on our website for as long you like with no expiration or additional charges! We would really like to help you sell your china and tableware so we've put together a great directory and ebook that may interest you. It listing all the buyers of china and tableware in over 20 states. Buyers you cannot find without extensive research and industry contacts. CASH-IN On The TOP SECRET China Selling Secrets & Get Double the Profits for Half the Hassle So it seems that they don't really want to buy your china but want to charge you $10 for an ebook so you can go sell your things somewhere else. Just the kitschy, smarmy language in the ad TOP SECRET Get Doubt the profit for Half the Hassle." makes them seem trashy. So they basically want to SELL YOU an ebook and not buy from you. I would stay away from them. I'm still searching for an honest company with professionalism and integrity to sell my things.

Just received our shipment of two five-piece settings of Wedgewood china, which we ordered to expand our original eight-place set purchased many years ago. We were pleased (and somewhat surprised) to find the pattern still in stock. However, we were even more pleased with our purchase. Order was shipped promptly, expertly packed, and, as advertised, priced 30 percent below what other suppliers quoted. For that reason, we were hesitant to order, fearing that we might "get what we paid for" even though the offered pieces were advertised as "excellent/flawless". In fact, what we received looked even better than our very carefully-handled original set, suggesting that this was stock purchased directly from Wedgewood after the pattern was discontinued. Obviously, we can't predict that every transaction will be as successful as ours, and we can't rate Classic Replacements customer service as we did not require any additional assistance. Based on this initial order, however, we would not hesitate to use Classic Replacements again or to recommend the company to others.
