If there is an issue with your animal after being in there care. Instead of checking their messages, they wait till there open. Even if it's because they made a baby judgement call. After hours or when there are closes they transfer out to Cornell to pay more money for an issue that they should address. They have no follow up issues on in house procedures preformed by them. If outside hours.

Our little guy wasn't feeling well. Pam was kind, cared enough to have us come in a hour before closing. Dr. Tim was so patient so through. He explained and showed us the blood and X-ray results. Never made us feel like we were holding him up. Our little guy is feeling much better due to the care of Country veterinary Care. They’re the Best!
