My hair was a little below my chest, asked for subtle long layers a little face framing and to clean up my ends. She told me she needed to take an inch off and then proceeded to take about 3- 3 1/2 off she had me facing away from the mirror so I didn’t even know until it was too late. The layers are choppy and shelved.Service: Haircut
