Very knowledgeable and does what u ask. Will point something out if he thinks it needs addressing and will definitely be out go to now after a terrible experience with another company last time that didn't do half of what we asked. Very much so appreciated his knowledge on it all and was also very accommodating to our need for quick turn around to still make out trips work this year and have them be enjoyable.

I went all night in my new camper with no heat. We took a girls trip with our kids an hour away from anyone’s help. We called JVRS this morning to see if we did anything wrong. He was able to simply walk me through the process of diagnosing over the phone and I FIXED THE CAMPER. WE HAVE HEAT! I am so thankful for his kindness to openly help us in a pinch. Five stars!

I called JRV’s after experiencing some very frustrating problems with my nearly new Ru. The air conditioning would only blow warm air which incicayef a bd condenser or compressor. Thankfully none of the AC companies I called even called back. I stopped at the local campsite and asked who they used for ac repairs. They gave me JRV’s number. He was about 50 miles away and I expected an expensive service call plus parts and labor. When I called, he answered immediately He asked a few questions I.e. Make , type of thermostat. He walked me through how to reset the thermostat from the buttons on the front and BAM!! It worked perfectly!! He explained the brain in the ac was just confused because I had pushed the buttons too many times. He was a perfect gentleman, very knowledgeable, In fact I doubt any normal ac tech could have diagnosed or solved the problem over the the phone. I bought a camper, sight unseen from Florida. My nephew looked at it for me. Don threw in some extras that I really appreciated. He went way above and beyond for me to purchase the camper from a different state. He drives out of his way to performed the semiannual service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We Stayed at a local Campground and it Very Nice place however We had a RV toilet issue! The campground sent out maintenance to try to help but they but we’re out of their element and it was obvious. We ended up calling local RV maintenance repair JRV’s and Don was Super helpful and patient with us. He went over how we should fix and Helped solve problem! Thanks So much!

We always enjoy our camping trips at black river bay campground. Laidback and very family friendly. Staff is always keeping busy keeping up with grounds maintenance assuring that it’s clean. Anne in the office is always top notch and does what ever she can to make you’re stay enjoyable and relaxed!
