I have worked with wallys in adams NY for my last 2 trade ins. I traded in a inside and out perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee 5-7 hemi for a dodge Cummins. I traded that dodge Cummins with low miles and still excellent condition last October for a 2020 Volkswagen R line jetta. I was showed a bogus carfax saying it had no accidents and when I tried trading it in for a 4 wheele drive vehicle I was told my car had 2 accidents and was offered below market value for my car.. I keep my vehicles in very well shape inside and out and I'm beyond upset at what has happened when I trusted this company. I went form having 8k in equity to absolutely under in my car for no apparent reason until I found out my car i purchased in October had two accidents unknown to my knowledge is unacceptable. This company will no longer have my business. I would never send anyone to this to buy a vehicle. Also when I traded in my jeep grand Cherokee they sold me a Cummins that had a mirror completely broke and had me show up 2 different times because they didn't order the correct mirror. I also live an hour away so traveling and making appointments with two small kids was very hard. Let me stress, they are very nice to your face. But good luck getting a good vehicle when your trade in is better than whatever is on the lot they are selling.

They had a master tech (?) Work on our van was so awesome that they were done earlier than I was quoted. My van seems to drive better now. I got used to the noises and feel, I guess. Was the second time there since I had it in to get a thorough check over and found several things that needed to be taken care of. All was normal timing for the needed repairs. After they shared the needed repairs and I okayed part of what I was told at first, I looked up the rest and decided yes I want them to also take care of the struts too (which needed to be ordered). That first day was an all-day thing.The drawback I'd suggest is a sweatshirt, esp if it could be a while or if you get cold easily... their AC works well, but the waiting room gets chilly.

This is the number I was given for the corporate office. No one in the office is of any help and can't give you any information. I bought a car last year and opted for the extended warranty. Unfortunately within that year the dealership I bought the vehicle from is no longer there. I have recently traded this car in and have been trying to get reimbursed for the unused portion of the warranty that was paid for. When contacting the "corporate" office all they can give you is an email. No contact information is given in fact you are told by corporate that they are only permitted to give emails and they don't even have a phone or name of who handles the claims. I sent an original email to the email provided by the corporate office on 11/4/2021. There has been no response or even a confirmation that the email has been received. I called corporate again on 11/08/2021 to find out what I should do and their response was, they do not know and they don't even know who to contact to get this issue resolved try and email them again.
