"I have been dealing with Waites for 5+ years. I have purchased Polaris atv's and Indian motorcycles from them. Each time has been a great experience. I find my deals have always been fair, purchase's and trades. Matt's team including Todd in sales, Bob in parts and service, Becky, The 2 Nate's and Paul are always ready to help with everything. I enjoy working with them now and in the future. I have also referred my fellow riders to make purchase's also. I am glad we have a caring dealer within our reach and wish them the best."

On a 6 day, multiple state trip. Ended up with a broken windshield so we stopped here. They didn't have anything in stock, which was fine, but they had an old shitty bike that had been dropped with an old shitty windshield on it that would have worked for our purposes. We offered to pay for it but the guy wouldn't sell it. Pretty piss poor, imo. Would have been an easy $100 for a part that wasn't worth $25 to them but would have helped us out. Not to mention that it was an opportunity to support the community.

After contacting three other dealers and being yanked around. We made the hour and half trip to Waite based off other customers recommendations. Best decision We ever made. Explained everything, financing verses rebates. Answered all our questions truthfully. Very happy!
Update: just took our brother in law up there and he too bought a 2 door Polaris ranger. He is very happy with purchase too.

recently found my motorcycle in my garage with a rear flat tire. was nervous about taking care of it as I live a ways from Waites Motorsports. called Matt and he said he would pick it up the next day, which he did. in a couple of days was back on the road riding again. thanks to Matt and his staff for the quick repair and excellent customer service. I am glad I picked them for my motorcycle needs.

Purchased this for my son. Waite Motorsports was very helpful and fast with any questions or concerns I had. They delivered the following business day then made a return trip the next day to reset the Youth Menu PIN so speed and safety features could be adjusted to for our son. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and support we received on this purchase. We will be returning when it's time for next ATV purchase.

Walked in looking to buy a Yamaha instead of trying to sell us a Polaris, or anything else. They just sat there on their phones talking and ignored us. Was not set on any maker model, so they lost a sale.All the signs are off looked closed. All in all a bad experience.
