I had an excellent experience with Columbia Storage Facility at 16 Mettacahonts Rd, Accord, NY. Patty, the facility manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The units are clean, secure, and easily accessible. Patty's exceptional customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My experience with Columbia Self Storage has been excellent. Patty has helped me on several occasions getting me out of a jam with my lock (cutting the old one off because I lost the key) and moving to a larger storage space, calling someone in to fix the door. She's positive and competent. I especially like the Mettacahonts location for its well organized and clean units. MAG

I have had a unit here for over a year now and i am very pleased. My belongings stay in perfect condition no matter the time of year and the lady who manages the units is beyond great! They communicate when needed and always respond or alert you! I highly recommend this company!

I recently rented a storage unit here. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the renting process, making it easy and straightforward. It was very convenient having auto pay as an option as well.
