We loved the place so much from our visit last year that we drove more than an hour just for dinner. The grounds and scenery is absolutely heavenly. Design and vibe of the main restaurant building deserves an Architectural Digest feature on its own.
Every dish is well thought out and executed perfectly. Having a delightful meal while sitting on the porch at sunset is quite an experience. Don’t underestimate the chicken dish and the steak/fries were exquisite. We went for the drive and a small celebration, shoutout to Max J. for making the evening even more special. Looking forward to next visit with friends/family.
Bonus point, take a fun-to-drive car up taconic parkway and mohonk road on a weekday.

Worst service I have ever experienced. We have stayed numerous time and eaten in the restaurant a lot. I called to purchase a gift certificate to the spa for my daughter in law for her birthday. I was told they couldn’t take my order, I had to do that online. I went on line & purchased that gift certificate. A month and a half later she still doesn’t have the gift certificate. I called the Farm shop & the front desk to talk to someone about the situation. No one could help.. I was told I had to email James. I emailed home 2 weeks ago, still no reply. For a facility that claimed to be a luxury resort the service is terrible. I have stayed all over the world and never been treated like this. We will not return for any reason.

My spouse and I were there for four nights. Inness felt like a dream - we felt as if we had the entire valley to ourselves, just immersed in nature. The restaurant at Inness offers intentionally crafted meals with locally sourced ingredients. Their breakfast is amazing. You have to try the hot cereal. The gemelli pasta dish at dinner is incredible. The Spa at Inness was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The adults only pool was such a relaxing space. The staff are friendly and helpful!
We never felt like we needed to leave Inness the entire time we were there. We will be back for sure!!

Cabin room was huge. Food delicious. Bar even better. Great way to visit Hudson Valley. I look forward to returning for a fall visit.
Rooms: Cabin rooms are very large. Cabins are duplexes.

What a little slice heaven in the Catskills. The property is gorgeous and staff can’t be nicer or more helpful. Thank you, James, George and everyone else! The restaurant is lovely and food is very farm to table fresh and delicious. We loved the modern simplicity and beautiful decor. Perfect for couples, families, girls get away. Can’t wait to return!

Inness is a beautiful place to visit but the food, although upscale and well presented is not great. The best part was the waitress, who was kind and attentive. The fish was fishy and the pasta with pesto was mushy. The appetizers were just ok. The cucumbers were sliced with some sprinkling of dill and spices with no time to marinade. It’s something you could make at home in about 3 minutes. The tomatoes were overly sweet from the added honey. The wine list only lists some of the wine offered ( only those that are $90 and up for a bottle). We only found out that they offer others after our first round when the waitress said you could get any wine by the glass by the bottle too. What? Why not list them or tell us before we all got our first glass? I would not go back for a meal but would go back for a glass of wine and the view and then head to Ollie’s for some pizza!

Beautiful pool. Not handicap friendly to get to the pool. The pool area is nice, but there are not proper change rooms, just a very wet bathroom with stalls that are not good for changing.

Restaurant stuff is racist towards black communities. Every single staff pretended we didn’t exist, then I grabbed a seat thinking maybe they were just busy, but no, not a single stuff came to talk to us after a while. You can surround yourself in a beautiful view, fancy design, and high priced menu and all that, but nothing hides the ugliness and abhorrence from your staff and management.

We stayed 3 nights at Inness - beautiful property, lovely staff- very friendly and hospitable. We ate multiple times in the restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was very delicious! Highly recommend ordering a drink from the bar and sitting by the multiple campfires to enjoy the sunset. Bring your own smores ! We will be back. Very Dog friendly!!!! Dog fee of only $100 for the entire stay which I think is pretty fair.

The Innes hotel is a scenic place. However, the price is far too high for the lack of service. The DIY approach to their hospitality is a crafty excuse to cheap out on labor cost and provide inadequate service. We paid 2k per night per room and were still required to pay for yoga in the morning. There is a lot of potential on the property for offering guests a range of experiences but we felt that the hotel fell short and had very little to offer except a room and a pool. The restaurant service and food were good. Overall good experience but unjustifiable value.

I recently visited Inness in Accord and had a deeply disappointing experience. After taking a few pictures of the restaurant since my friend loves the ambience, the manager approached us and rudely told us to leave. This unprofessional behavior left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome.
What made this experience even more troubling was the underlying feeling that racism was a factor in how we were treated. It's disheartening to see such behavior in this day and age.
I hope the management at Inness takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.
