We love to visit! The jewelry is top notch and made by the locals. The staff is friendly and helpful. It pleases us to buy directly from the artists!

Great supply shop for artists and artisans, with a small store in back. Extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff. One place where you can be sure you are not getting counterfeit Zuni craft work.

My family visited the co-op several years ago. The folks working in the shop were helpful and friendly. My daughter and I had specific jewelry pieces in mind, so the co-op put us in touch with artists who did that kind of work. We were very happy with both the results and the great communication.

There was a big event planned in the next few days so the selection was very low, but it was interesting & the folks there were very nice & informative. I did buy a few pieces. I'm glad we stopped & when we come back to the Pueblo we will stop again.

The Cooperative is so interesting! As you enter, Zuni artisans are buying shell and stone ingredients for their jewelry work. In the next room you can inspect and buy genuine Zuni pieces with confidence.

Many stores line the main roads in and out of Zuni, NM, but you will soon find out the majority of these stores are not owned by locals. The greeting 'Everything is 50% off today!' should give you the clue these store basically broker a variety of legitimate SW native made and many objects of art from beyond our shores? If you want the real deal from the local Zunis, the Co-Op is the place. Has less selection than the big guys but the pricing is real and you can actually speak with many of the artists. Make this place your last stop or you only stop in Zuni.
