Efren has been incredible! He helped us do some updates and integrate some old equipment into our tv/audio systems! He has updated four rooms! His input has allowed us to make our home tv/audio outstanding! He didn’t ask us to purchase anything that wasn’t needed and did a fantastic job installing everything! Next visit will be to work on my computer! I only wish we had meet him before we did our alarm system! He is and will be our go to for any service he provides! If you want someone who is honest, has integrity, and takes pride in his work, he’s your guy! Don’t hesitate CALL TODAY!

Owner installed surround sound system and hung our 75 inch TV with components. Excellent work, lots of experience, went the extra mile to make things right. Worked extra hours then original quote and did not charge me for it, which earned him a big tip! So happy with his work and attention to detail—Highly recommend Integrated Media Soutions.

We contacted IMS when we needed to hang a 70” TV in a challenging location and I must say Efren went above and beyond to make sure it was mounted exactly how we wanted and securely. In fact, he talked me out of getting a 75” because of the limitations of the mount and offered his expert opinion on what TV would be best. I plan to hang several more TVs and install an access point and will be using Efren and his company because I know it will be done right the first time. We highly recommend Efren and IMS!

We hired Efren to hang two TVs for us when we moved here. When we moved again, we hired him to unmount and remount the TVs at our new house. He surprised me because not only did he do that, but he transported the TVs and all equipment himself so we wouldn’t have to put them in the moving truck. He did a custom made tv mount so we could hang our heavy tv over a fireplace. He spent the whole day with us making sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond and even helped the cable provider make sure everything was hooked up properly. I will hire him over and over. High quality work and excellent service. Thank you!

Well guys what can I say? This company has some of the best employees a company can have. Respectful gets the job done in a timely manner. Does not cut corners. Will not BS you. They will make sure your home or business are safe. You pay for what you get, keep that in mind.
