ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
the lady incharge was rude mean and just plain NASTY.
this company definitely takes advantage of people and thier circumstances.
I was stuck in an area with no phone service two flat tires and 200 miles from my destination. the police had to come as they were the only people my phone was able to call. when they came they called this company to come with a flat bed.
the truck came hooked my car up then on our way we went. when we got to our destination the guy gave me one price then he called it in the lady said nope and gave a higher price. i asked to speak to the lady she starts out by saying "make it quick" so i speak to her and ask that she please reconsider the price. she then says so you don't want the service. i say no I do but am just asking that you please reconsider the price. she then THREATENED ME SAYING (while my car was still strapped on their truck) if you don't want the service they will impound my car.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would! There is absolutely NO reason for the woman who answers the phone to be so rude. I don't know what's wrong with her... I'm thinking substance abuse or alcoholism. If not that, then mental illness might explain it. If she's a paid employee, she should be fired!Service: Car towing

The lady from this business is very rude .. ready to get the money but not to allow us even 15 minutes to get the car off her property. On the other hand the husband was very attentive to my daughter and gave us a chance to see if we could get it started. We greatly appreciated his understanding

The lady that works here and answers phones is an old grouchy ***t. She's disrespectful, will put you on hold for up to an hour, says she'll get back with you and doesn't plus if you're not making her money. She's not interested in your time.

Rude lady answering the phone! My car was towed and just needed to know where. She acts like it’s an inconvenience to her. Well it was for me too. I even heard her cuss at me before she hung up. This is already a stressful situation and you lady don’t help! Get some customer service

was charged 2 days storage fees when my vehicle was there for less than an entire day, was also charged an hour and a half when it was picked up in 20 min there was damage to my vehicle and they dont want to assume responsibility, was told my rude amy to lawyer up well thanx i will!!! and yes there is a report with my vehicle and those should be enough specifications for whoever responds to this comment for a smart answer instead of denying and not haveing a civil conversationService: Special vehicle towing
