I have a 21 gti m7.5 and they almost always have all the brand specific tools, drain plugs, oil and coolant. I haven't ordered anything yet from them but so far pretty reliable and helpful.

Driving across country and needed a seat belt cushion. Stopped at a couple of truck stops, they don't sell them. O'Reilly's did. The staff was helpful and friendly, thank you!
