Can't always get help when you ask or seeking assistance. Can't always get through the aisles due to the pallets of merchandise in the aisleways. When you are on a motorized scooter due to limited mobility, you have to go down other aisles just to get around an area. The pallets with merchandise on them, makes it difficult(next to impossible) to get through. Now, if you go into the clothes, there are places in the othing department that you can't even turn into to look at clothes because the othing racks are so close together. About a month or two ago, I smashed my hand due to this exact thing. The employees have a 2-4 foot rule. When they get within 2-4 feet of a customer, they are supposed to acknowledge that customer....IT DOES NOT HAPPEN!!! They took away the door greeters for a good while and have since brought them back. One of the greeters they have (Diego) is ALWAYS right there smiling, welcoming you to the store, once you get a good business relationship with you, he will ask if he can give you a hug with the biggest smile and best attitude of most of the employees in TorC Walmart!!!!

The auto department is the best experience I've had at any car place EVER. Probably the only walmart that still has great customer service. Polite, professional, efficient- amazing! Uike ABQ walmarts, these folks don't seem to hate their jobs, and they actually care about their visitors. Great job!

Stay away from the deli and bakery. They are not very clean in their operations. Blood on the slicer gets wiped down and nothing more. Flies on the bread as it sits on the cooling racks.

Probably the cleanest Walmart I've ever been to, and they have a covered parking lot which is nice from the New Mexico sun. Good job Walmart ?
