If you're looking for a Mom and Pop owned family rv park RJ should be in your radar. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The rates were well within reason. Our spot was clean and level. We had an escort right to our spot. That's one thing I appreciate at rv parks. We have more than enough room in our spot for our truck and trailer. I'll have some videos up soon on my YouTube chanel so keep an eye out for them. If we come back to the area we'll definitely come back.

We loved this park! The hosts were super kind and friendly with lots of great suggestions for us, and we just wish we’d had more time in T or C! Great stop for us between Albuquerque and Tucson. Check out our YouTube video for our full review.

Excellent location, fair pricing, helpful staff (provide clear directions). Sites are good sized, gravel base. Easy access to hookups. Convenient to local grocery and eateries. Landry on site.

Becky and Matt are wonderful hosts! I will miss their smiling faces! Rates are reasonable and this is the nicest RV park in T or C.

This may be an older RV park and there are not many amenities it is a very friendly place! Matt and Rebecca just recently purchased this park and I think they have plans for upgrades! They hosted a Christmas Eve dinner for people at the park that was well attended. There are many who have been staying there for a length of time, they must be doing something right. TC isn't a great location for tourism but this RV park is a great place to spend time at. The laundry facility is well maintained, the place is clean.

Handy and reasonable overnight place to stay as we traveled. The on-site managers were exceptionally nice.

Not a bad place, ok for the area. Lots of old full time trailers. Be humble and thankful for how you have been blessed.
