After 1 year of being with them and doing my absolute best to make payments and make sure my bill was paid off they cancelled my policy. They told me I could make payments. But that's a lie. And now I don't have insurance. I have to wait for my money to come in the mail from them just so I can get my insurance somewhere else. And the last payment they sent back I had to cash at walmart since they use a bank that isn't even local to t or c. And it charged me money. So I'm sure when I get this refund I will have to pay more just to cash it. I'm so frustrated. I paid my balance. Thanks guys for screwing me and my family over. April knows what I'm talking about. So upset with this company rn. Paid a whole year no accidents or tickets. Just for them to cancel a month before renewal. Geico is cheaper anyways.

Tried to added things to my policy with out me saying I wanted it to raise my rates. State Farm is nice, this agent sucks.

Ery helpful on all matters. Blew out front tire 60 miles from home base, use to have American Express road service. But someone didn't put my jack back, a d spare was flat also. Someone ask you have state farm? And they towed my truck back and dropped off at tire shop. NoW I KNOW...

They NEVER call back when they say they will. They DIDN'T provide any paperwork for our much needed commercial insurance, but was real quick to take our money, so our much NEEDED insurance was canceled by State Farm through the ONLY letter we ever received. When calling for help (IF they even answer) they say they're looking into it, or working on it, et cetera (always an excuse), but again, they NEVER call back.If you're going to go through State Farm for insurance, I'd avoid this location at all costs.

They NEVER call back when they say they will. They DIDN'T provide us with ANY paperwork when we signed up for commercial insurance, but they sure did TAKE our money, so our much NEEDED insurance was canceled. When calling for help (IF they even answer) they say they're working on it or looking into it etc., but they don't.
