I've been with metro for 12 or 13 years. I had insurance on my phone and the phone quit working so I tried to get a replacement here in t.or.c. and they only wanted to sell me a replacement and a new plane.they would not live up to there word about replacing it for free. I payed $300 for that phone.I've been all over the united states with metro and never had a problem with a store but truth or consequences store. The worst people I have ever dealt with.now I'm going to a different phone provider because of them. Metro doesn't care about how long you have service with them or anything else except for screwing you and taking your money.im done with them after having there service for 12 or 13 years

Been a customer since moving back to TorC,NM I gotta say Metro is better than Verizon that's for sure..I always have the best time when Im upgrading phones with the employees.

Tracfone got gobbled up by the V word.Their service was non existent and couldn't make the phone work.After a decade with Tracfone , I decided to go to Metro, our only local phone store. Ellen was there (thank God) and fixed me up quickly with a new phone and service. She is very knowledgeable and helpful fantastic person and service Im so glad I decided to go local.

Do not buy your accessories at MetroPCS. Go to eBay, Amazon or Walmart. They are overpriced. My brother paid almost $30 for a USB-A + USB-C Dual Port Car Charger. Outrageous.

Stay clear of this store! I went to add a line & get a new phone with a local number. Juan withheld pricing information, lied & told me incorrect requirements to drive up the activation fees & then refused to take the equipment back when I found out that the new # he gave me was a California #! When I protested, he called the police & lied saying that I was threatening him. He said that it was store policy to refuse refunds despite the fact that the receipt clearly states returns within 14 days in store only. The police said that they have had multiple problems with Juan C. I corrected the over-charges with Metro corporate who actually said "why did you let him do that?". Steer clear of this store & Metro. Just sayin'.

Always out of stock and the screen protector they sold me for 20 dollars didn't fit my phone and they wouldn't refund my money even though Juan could see it didn't fit my phone!!! I found a pack of 3 screen protectors plus camera protectors for 10 dollars on Amazon. Total waste of money at Metro pcs in TorC. I don't recommend.
