Ordering and paying for delivery but impossible to get a receipt. Called, no response 2xs. Email? None! Poor management is a direct result of poor customer service. I got a delivery receipt but nothing for cost or payment.

Incompetent staff, I price checked an item four times with three different people, at the lumber yard at the register and I even called and talked to someone on the phone to verify it. By the time I went to the bank and got back with the money they raised the price 20 bucks on me per unit raising the cost several hundred dollars. Very deceptive shady and incompetent business practice if you ask me I will never buy anything from foxworth again. How can you change your price in 1 hour? Smart way to lose a 10k materials list sale and a customer for life.

Went there to get a paint match and bri was amazing, the machine didnt want to color match it and she took it upon herself to go through the color chart and found a color that was literally identical to the color we needed you couldnt tell the difference when she painted it next to the color. Were also from out of town and her customer service and skill in paint was better then Sherwin Williams definitely recommend!

Worst place to buy anything as my husband has purchased 3 doors and all were wrong size. People there are very rude and don't know what they are even doing. I wish there was a better place to go in this town. Unfortunately we have to still go there for what we need. Sad there was a Is senior citizen and he had been waiting on a door that was never there for him, so very wrong of this company.
