Desert View Inn was such a gem! It was very affordable and cute! The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

The Wifi was anything but fast. Just sending simple emails was challenging. The AC Unit was so noisy and boisterous that we couldn't hear the TV.

Stayed in March 2024 and thought it was very good value. Very clean. Convenient location. Friendly service. Good restaurant recommendations. More authentic than one of the “big brands”. Very short drive to Riverbend Hotsprings.

I stayed here for 6 weeks for a Travel Nurse contract and I enjoyed my stay here. I appreciate Luis and Christy for all they did for me. I felt secluded from TorC and made me feel like a part of the family. The owners made me feel welcomed especially when I had an incident at my work. I felt fully supported by everyone and they gave me a safe place to stay for my time there. The rooms are clean and staff are amazing. ❤️
Rooms: Clean, organized, and accommodating especially with pets.
Safety: I felt safe staying in my room and secluded from TorC! Circle k is nearby that you can easily walk over. I took a few walks in the area and it felt nice.
Noteworthy details: Great place for traveling nurses!!!

The hosts/owners are terrific and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is a fun place to just sit out front, enjoy the sunset, and make new friends.

If you're in need of a room for the night on your way south this was a great little find. Nothing fancy but a clean room, really reasonable rate and pet friendly. The staff was super friendly over the phone and in person. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. They even have a small dog run on the side of the building for your pup. There is also a convenience store and bar a short walk next door.

I love the word libel ,slander & lawsuit :)Remember the word libel ,sander Bernie.Anything that is said can and will be used in court against you..like defamation of character.And also video watching with out the persons permissions it's against the law ..But since you are in New Mexico you think you would know this ?Remember you also added safely of your guest .In not an motel /hotel but your apartmentsUmm you have a motelAnd if anyone rents a roomWe shouldn't have to meet the owners unless it's an actual apartment or even a house in which it is not .Also dated year of 2024Also this review will not be erased!

Hi Bernie, yes, you are missing something. I had recently rented a room with some friends of mine, but never actually got the chance to stay there. However, my friends said they had a nice experience and the hotel did look nice when I briefly stopped by for a visit,. I was taking time out of my day to leave you a nice review.

We just wanted to share that they charge for Xtra cleaning for dogs.....I WORKED THERE....they don't clean anything well. The floors are NOT MOPPED BUT EVERY WEEK......THE PLUMBING IS HORRIBLE! It's ABSOLUTELY disgusting!!!! Beware ?!!
