This is the place I pay my rent to, and when I received a non-payment of rent notice, I was confused because I had already paid for the month. So I went to PNC Bank and tried to find out what happened. Well they found my transaction, and did I receive an \\\"oh sorry 'bout that\\\" .....no. Not only were they careless with money and business, it looks like they're careless with customer service as well. Smh

Why did the teller say he couldn't cash a check for me that was made out to me and issued by his bank with an account at his branch? Why did he tell me he couldn't cash the check because I didn't have an account there?

The staff at the branch are courteous and helpful. The change from Compass to PNC bank was a bit bumpy, but the staff themselves are great!

I opened an account a few months before they changed to PNC was never notified of the change to PNC. Now they have disabled my debit card without sending me a new one. Tried to call to find out what was going on with my card and their phones are not working correctly. They had better customer service as BBVA seems like it's slipping downhill drastically.

5k missing. Worst bank ever. They steal money. Deposited cash to send wire and instead of sending the wire they diverted my funds and charged me for. Its not your money once you deposit it. Be warned they will take it just like that. One second its there next it's gone. 2 days and hours on the phone and nobody can explain why my funds are being held hostage by bbva. Be warned, they will divert your funds and wont even call to say why. I will be closing account after this is over.

I am 78 years old and had a career in customer service for over 50 years. I have never dealt with a business with customer service as bad as BBVA. To be clear my problems had nothing to do with one of their branches. The problems were dealing with their headquarters. I was moving from Oregon to New Mexico and wanted to set up a checking account with them. I literally spent three one hour phone calls and a half hour phone call with them trying to do something that should have been simple but was made complicated because they couldn't get my basic information correct. The last straw came when I ordered checks and didn't receive them because they had my zip code wrong. They then wanted to charge me a stop payment fee even though the problem was caused by them. I could go on and on about the multiple mistakes they made but the bottom line is that I would avoid this bank period.
