I had misfire in my 07 jeep commander I stopped by to see if they had a scan tool to help me narrow down my issue, Tina was great, she let me use the scan tool, The report came up with a P0305 code so I immediately knew it was cylinder number 5, I asked her for a set of plugs and one ignition coil, Y'all had everything I needed I stock and she even let me use her socket set, I was in and out and my car is back on the road. I've been to plenty auto zones and this was by far my best experience, Thanks Tina

Tina was amazing! we are on our way to Mexico and she helped us so much she lent us tools to get the job done when our vehicles engine light came on. Great customer service you are lucky to have her on the team. Thank You Tina!

Nicholas was such a great help. We needed new batteries for our motorhome. We had purchased some batteries and almost drove off with them, but Nicholas stopped us to let us know that we needed different batteries. He made the exchange process so easy and now our motorhome starts! Thanks to Nicholas and AutoZone!!!!

I've had great customer service at this AutoZone store on several occasions. The workers never treat me like I'm dumb. They are always extremely helpful and are really good at answering questions.The workers will even install some parts for you if you buy them here. I bought a battery here before, and a worker installed it on the spot. The same with windshield wiper blades.They can also help you if your check engine light comes on. They can hook your car up to a machine and tell you what code is coming up and help you narrow down what's wrong with your car. I believe that service is free.I highly recommend this location and the excellent folks who work here.

Helpful personnel. Didn’t have exactly what I needed as far as container size. I was looking for a small tube of dielectric grease which they didn’t have. They had it but in a bottle. A bit more than I needed. So I bought the bigger bottle and was able to go finish the job. And they have quite a bit of inventory.

Horrible! Never have any parts in store that are needed. ALWAYS say the only parts available are 10 times the price and almost ALWAYS the parts FAIL. It's the worst!!

The guys at AutoZone were so nice, very helpful when I came in with the dead battery. They changed out the battery cheerfully and made sure I knew what to do to get the best use out of it. I'll always go back as long as such great service is there. Highly recommended.

Mike and Kevin went above and beyond to help me. I was stranded up the road and they even called their friend to help me out. They got me back on the road. Great service thanks guys.
