Eric at TLC is the best. We had trouble w our HWH Jacks and I was selling the coach. He worked with myself and the new buyer to fix, troubleshoot and then take time out of his busy days to work w a Novice New Buyer on how to work the unit. Drove up somewhat unexpectedly; even though Eric was super busy he made time to come out and look at my motor home. He pulled the codes with a scan tool, cleared the codes he could, gave me my options, and sent me on my way. We traveled from North Carolina to see the Grand Canyon. Our Ac and starter went bad in New Mexico at an RV Park. Erick came recommended by another rv guy we called. He answered right away and walked us through the estimate of what he charges. He gave us an estimated arrival time, came out promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He found us the part we needed, diagnosed our ac leak and gave us the price of what it would be to replace our starter. Was a blessing to get Erick to provide quality same day service to keep our plans on track! Would highly recommend!!
