Kid with the lip rings gave great customer service. UPS dropped my package off there while I was away. Never been there before. The kid answered all my questions about the services they offer now I know I don’t have to go to town for most of my stuff.

The ladies that packed and shipped my electrics were plain fantastic. Could not ask for a better service nor customer relations. These ladies got it in the bag...or box in this case Lol.

You can not believe how sweet these people are we were in between a rock and a hard place we needed a paper notarized as fast a possible and justice did everything possible to make that happen and took a huge weight off of our shoulders. Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need.

Bottom line: first visit to new location, most likely my last. Why? $5.00 for 10 inches of tape. Backstory: Always liked the people and services at old location. Convenient for mailing, shipping, notary, faxing, printing marketing products, and office supplies. I wouldn't say I was a frequent customer, but not infrequent, either. I needed to drop off some return packages today... just needed to tape them up (pre-printed RMA labels). I say to myself that I hadn't stopped in at the new location, so this will be a good opportunity. I like local spending, and I like brick-and-mortar because I usually see something I need but would not have thought of if it wasn't in front me. So, I stop in, say hello to the fellow behind the counter, ask if I could trouble him for a little tape to seal these packages. He informs me that to tape anything up, he had to charge at least the price for a small package, $5.00. I decline, depart. It may be that was always the policy and I just never encountered it before. I understand the concept of indirect costs and the pressure of a physical store... and I completely understand that this may be a business model that is working overall. But having plenty of options on where to mail things and buy office supplies, saving that indirect cost of what, $0.02 for a little tape, cost all future purchases from me. Best of luck and no ill will, but I'll find other places to do my business. I'll swing by a dollar store, and pick up another roll of tape (I was in a hurry this morning, so skipped looking for the plenty of rolls of tape I have somewhere around the house).

Excellent job printing and folding newsletters. Competitive prices with the "big box stores". So happy we could keep our business local.
