Would I recommend it. NOPE!! There are never enough instructors to help assist the kids in learning the moves, the younger instructors though wonderful can't control the children. One of the instructors has twin daughters in the classes when they are not there they never follow directions and they are so mean to the new students saying hateful discouraging things. The instructors will say things like maybe this is too hard for him um I'm sorry isn't your job as an instructor to teach. The owner is so nice and most of the instructors are so kind but it's disorganized chaos so id recommend driving the extra 30 minutes into Albuquerque if you really want your beginner child to learn and be encouraged. My son is now in Gracie Barra it's excellent

We are so thankful to have found this place. My 3 year old started classes a couple months ago and it has really helped him come out of his shell and learn to listen/ follow direction. My husband decided to join shortly after and he has really been enjoying the adult classes.

We signed up our three children up for the kids BJJ classes. They have a bigger kids and a little kids class which are right after each other, making it convenient for us. It's a nice facility and Gus is really great with the kids. The little kids class has cute little games and my kids just love it. It's fun and the owner has really high integrity. We had a little mix up about our billing and he was really quick to clear it up right away. There's just not enough good to say about it. Try it out for yourselves in the adult classes or for your kids.

I am so thankful that we found this place. Gus and his entire team work so well with the kids. My son absolutely loves Brazilian jiu jitsu now. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This place is amazing. Very close community that encourages and sincerely wants you to become better. The Professor and coaches are excellent!I wanted to give a 7 month update. We still feel the same as before but we definitely feel a part of this family. People sincerely care about you on a personal level(if you connect at that level) and as training partners. We highly recommend our academy!

My 7 year old daughter has trained at a few great schools over the last 2 years. She has been training at this school G13 for over a month now and can't get enough! The kids classes are amazing with such a great team of instructors! Their passion truly shows in the way they teach! So grateful for this school!!!

I've been going there here since they opened.Great staff: friendly, professional, and caring. They take the time to teach both adults & kids in a fun and rewarding way. If you research G13 BJJ, you'll find they are an outstanding school founded in Brazil by Master Godoi...this school follows in their tradition of excellence.

Great BJJ gym. My whole family has been going for 4 months now. Everyone is supper nice and helpful to all beginners. Most of our family is brand new to Brazilian jujitsu.

Fantastic group of people to train with and very personable, knowledgeable and dedicated instructors. Gustavo, Jose, Bruno, all of the instructors at G13 are first rate jujitsu practitioners, excellent teachers, and just great people.
