I had a package that was held for delivery & was lucky to pick it up before it got sent back. Eligio was so helpful, professional & friendly, explaining clearly the process for receiving packages in the future. The nicest postal worker I’ve interacted with!

The service is the worst they never can answer your questions or help you. Like most places in taos they never can pick up the phone.
