Norbert and Carlos quickly replaced a bad motor in a newly installed window regulator and had me on my way in a few hours. This was an emergency as I was a long way from home in a campervan. But they made time for me and did the repair under the Napa parts and service warranty, so no charge to me. I'm very pleased by the kind and professional way this was handled.

Currently sitting in my car outside of the locked gate, 20 minutes later than the time I was scheduled to arrive for tire work, which also happens to be the time when they are supposed to open. Had to mobilize the entire family to get here first thing in the morning and now my husband is placating the baby while I try to let work know that I’ll be late. Incredibly frustrating.

Taos Offroad is my #1 source (obviously, I'm not the only one!!). They are thorough, they listen and are fully trained and experienced. When you reclaim your vehicle, you don't drive away only to be surprised by something missed. Been there/done that!
