I had the most amazing private Lyra (aerial hoop) class with Dianne. Such a beautiful studio and Dianne has such wonderful energy. I learned so much just from one lesson with her. Can’t wait to visit Taos again to come back to the studio!

This place is amazing Dianne is a patient, skilled instructor. She makes class so fun and encouraging. I was searching for an interesting way to move my body and gain strength post raising kids. This place is so warm and welcoming, it was exactly what I needed. I love the gains I’ve made in my skills and look forward each week to my hours at TAG. Can’t recommend enough!

Had an amazing massage with Dianne! she is very communicative, knows how to create a safe space and employs a variety of techniques, which all creates a great experience. Very professional, the space is super clean, and beautiful energy all around. So glad to have found a great place for massage in Taos and look forward to being back for some classes once my back is feeling better.

This is one of my favorite places to be in Taos! I’ve been learning aerial silks for a little over a year and am glad I decided to try it out. The aerial arts are challenging and rewarding, as well as being great fun. Truly therapeutic! Dianne is amazing - her number one priority is safety and proper pacing. She is an apt instructor to those of any skill level. The space is welcoming, clean, and beautiful. I am thankful for the sense of community she’s created, with encouragement and support for everyone that enters. If you are thinking of trying out aerial, I can’t recommend it enough at this gym!

I was so fortunate to find Diane on my way through Taos. As we were on a camping and hiking vacation, a bout of severe back pain was seriously affecting my ability to do the things I love and I was greatly in need of bodywork. Diane was gracious enough to fit me in last minute, which was very much appreciated. She gave me a skilled and intensive hour and a half massage which combined multiple modalities, including deep tissue and Ashiatsu, and used extras like hot stones and towels to enhance the experience. Diane worked intuitively, and communicated quietly and with kindness, so that I was able to work with my breath to deepen the muscle release. She was super sweet and thoughtful and her skills eased the pain and tension enough that after the massage, I was finally able to extend my back and walk without discomfort. She even showed me roller exercises to try at home to ease my back pain! I would not hesitate to recommend Diane for an amazing bodywork experience with a compassionate and skilled healer!

One of the best massages I've ever had. She really understood where I needed pressure and responded to feedback. It's been several days since the massage, and I'm feeling great!

This studio was amazing and just what I wanted for my first aerial yoga experience. I was on vacation in Taos and I am very much a beginner, and did a semi-private lesson with my sister who is a certified yoga instructor. Diane was able to teach us both so much in such a short period of time. The studio is inspiring, beautiful and intimate. We had such a good experience that we went back for another class the next day. Diane is wonderful, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend her practice to anyone, regardless of experience. We can't wait to continue aerial yoga in our home town, and return next year during our annual Taos ski trip for more classes with Diane.Thank you, Diane!!

I can not say enough good things about my massage with Dianne. She is extremely professional, was a great communicator, and willing to work with my schedule to accommodate me for a desperately needed massage. The space is unique and it was so fun to see the Aerial Gym (and makes me want to go back and try it!). The treatment room was so cozy and comfortable I would have just paid so I could just lay in there and sleep. But most importantly, the massage was one of the best I have had in years. Dianne truly cares about your body and ensuring she meets your needs and that you are comfortable with her techniques. She didn't give up on my gnarly shoulder. She has a gift and a talent and her healing hands were a goddess send for this tired body. Please support this beautiful healer; treat yourself!

An amazing little Zen of a studio. Classes are intimate and jam-packed with information. Dianne is kind and patient yet enthusiastic. Everytime I come in, I feel welcomed--it's like a home away from home.

Stumbled upon the business card promoting massage, I needed one! Had a car accident 1 week earlier, so I was tight, lopsided and had pain. I don't know why I've ever had any other type of massage. AMAZING! Combo massage, deep tissue, ashiatsu (?) I've dreamt of someone walking on my back, the best type of work I could have hoped for. My headache stopped, I have range of motion back and slept great. Dianne is wonderful. She knows what she's doing and works what your body needs. She's very intuitive to each persons needs. I highly recommend getting a massage when your in Taos.
