The "manager" was very hostile. He loaded my package onto my truck and refused to let me inspect the contents before signing! I said I would like to inspect my shipment before signing and he said that I have to sign before doing anything with the package. I explained that this is not common practice. He asked me if RAC transport was my business and why I should have any say in how they run things,(because he's the boss) . This is how thugs operate. I did not appreciate his demeanor, and I will do my very best to avoid this racketeer business in the future.

Everything the other one stars say and then some. Terrible. They even tried to fleece me for more money for a delivery I already paid for and refused to complete the delivery unless I paid them more money under the table! Unbelievable! Absolutely do not use this company.

Picked up some solar stuff there, some of it damaged, more having obviously received rough treatment, watched fork lift driver zipping around, banging into things on their floor. Would never send anything through this place again.

Horrible! Packages are usually damaged. Drivers are paid poor wages so they don't seem to care. They deliver when they want sometimes up to a week late. I guess this is the only transport company in town ao they can do what they want!
