“Cute little basic feed store. Friendly people. Our products were a little pricey compared to big chain stores, but very good quality products. We bought chicken food and scratch. The scratch was a much better product than chain stores. The feed was pretty muck the same. I shop in Taos from Colorado. I will definitely come back.”

710 Paseo Del Pueblo Sur # 20, Taos“The proprietor of Taos tack, Tom Garcia is an extremely knowledgeable horseman, trainer and breeder who carries on the storied Spanish Vaquero tradition of riding and horsemanship. His store has a wide selection of treasures in western tack from well known makers in that tradition including elaborately crafted headstalls, bosals, bridle bits, and of course, western saddles, primarily from storied saddle maker McCall. If you're looking for any kind of quality tack in NM, this is the place in NM. Otherwise you'll need to go to TX, and you'll never find some of the rare and special pieces of Vaquero gear that Tom carries in his store. Aside from tack, Tom has a great selection of pet and livestock feed, as well as essentials and goodies for your 4-leg companions.”
“This is a nice, new, big store. Everything looks clean. It is FULL of merchandise. It seems very crowded.Cash register/check out area is very confusing. It is more like a big circle than regular lanes like at most every other store in the USA. Is it self check? Where is the cashier? Am I even in line?Speaking of the cashier, she did not ask if I was a member of the rewards program. I was only buying a $2 can of dog food, so I didn't say anything about her oversight. Maybe she didn't ask because she thought a $2 sale wasn't worth the trouble.I like that I can bring my dog in here. I don't want to leave her in the hot car if I can bring her inside. If I could give this place 3½ stars, I would. I think that's a more accurate reading than 4 stars. But I will round up.”
