Ortega's Jerky is absolutely the best Taos style jerky, a traditional New Mexico style not over processed. The jerky is excellent, not all juiced up with sugar and chemicals. Favorites include the green or red chili bags and the habanero. It is also the place to get the best red chile powder. Many order it for gifts and it is becoming a Christmas tradition. I order a couple times a year and this time I ordered for my boyfriend and asked them to put a "coupon" to annoy him and they wrote the "coupon". I love these guys. On top of the jerky Is my favorite of all time.
