I've had nothing but good experiences here. If I need a quality or slightly niche tool, I'm confident I can find it at Monet's. The associates are always helpful when I have questions and in helping me choose a product that fits the needs for whatever I'm cooking - from a new pan for veloute sauce to a mandolin for ratatouille. Also great for gifts for the foodie in your life.

Went in at 3 pm on Feb 5 and the lady asked what I was looking for. I asked her if I could browse and she proceeded to hound me and lecture me about her “job.” I left and won’t be back. Sometimes people just like to shop without someone on their backside. She was incredibly rude.I was shopping for a gift set of coffee cups. Sorry, sugar, but I've been shopping for coffee cups for decades without your looking over my shoulder ;). Best of luck keeping the locals coming.

Wonderful Kitchenware shop. A bit on the pricey side, especially for products like Le Creuset, which have been on sale on line. But if you're a cook, or shopping for one, this is the place to go! Try the bamboo oil for bamboo utensils and cutting boards. I've never seen it anywhere else.

This store is great. They have lots of options and work hard to try and help you. Do not expect a chef working here. What they do have is a very nice women named Kimberley who will do her best. They have hard to find cooking supplies and many other items. Highly recommend.

So happy that I stopped in to this store! Packed top to bottom with a wide variety of kitchen gadgets and other fun food-related items. Love supporting small businesses, and I was more than happy to buy a few things from this shop. There's also a large selection of beautiful Le Creuset and Lodge items, I wish I could take them home with me on the airplane!

Had intentions of purchasing a number of items in this store until the Karen behind the counter said that we must have masks in order to shop in their store. I immediately told her that we are from Texas and we believe in freedom at which time she said we need to leave her store. We took our money and our maskless faces elsewhere and we will tell all the folks that own property in the Country Club community in Angel Fire to boycott this store! #LGB

In an attempt to shop locally, I bought a "Lodge" cast iron griddle which cost $76.00 at the shop and is available on line for less then half that much. With mark-ups like that, I will never go back. I do not recommend this shop.

An impressive amount of kitchen equipment and utensils crammed into this tiny shop. Unique local items; a plethora of gadgets.

I never take the time to write a bad review, and love to support local Taos businesses. But today I went to Monet’s Kitchen and had a very bad experience. I went in to buy a replacement for a Capresso H2O Glass electric tea kettle. It is priced everywhere at $59.00, but as I signed the receipt, it said $139.01. The item is priced at $127.90, tax of $11.11. I was sure it was just a matter of having been marked wrong, so I asked the young sales associate. I showed her that online it was $59.00 and that I’d bought several over the years. She very rudely said that the extra was shipping costs and to pay employees. I answered that I had to believe this was a matter of a mismarked item, as it certainly could not cost an extra $70 on a $59 item to cover shipping and sales help costs. The sale had already gone through and she would not let me return it. So, fair warning: Make sure you check prices before buying anything there. This is no way to encourage people to buy local. I certainly would have had no problem paying an extra $10 or $20 on this item to help out a local business, but not an extra $70 on a $59 item. Very disappointing.

Great and interesting items. The two workers on duty talked non stop to one another and blocked aisles. Asked for a paper bag instead of plastic, one young woman said they weren't allowed to give them out. Offered to pay for paper, but no go. Really unhelpful staff. Oh well, there is another kitchen shop around the corner, I highly recommend taking a peek at their goods and skipping Monet's Kitchen.

Went in this store in a whim, but I'm glad I did! If you're someone who likes kitchen gadgets, this is the store for you! They have so many neat kitchen gadgets. Went in just browsing and came out with a full bag. The customer service was very friendly too. They're not accepting cash right now and aren't offering returns/exchanges due to covid. That didn't bother me, but might others.

My personal favorite kitchen store. They have more stuff packed in this small shop than many bigger stores.
