“I did had trouble porting from att to Verizon but Raul was sooo helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don’t know how these folks can be so patient having to call customer service multiple times a day. I certainly wouldn’t be. I did have to come back multiple times to get the issue resolved but Raul was great to work with and made sure it got done.”

There was an issue activating the phone and he spent around 20 minutes with Verizon customer service and was extremely patient and respectful with the person on the other end even though he knew what the quick and simple fix was which he mentioned at the beginning but they didn’t listen. Customer service finally tried what he asked and it was resolved in less than a minute. He is knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend.”
