There is certainly a reason this shop is always empty. Rude staff, especially girl with dark hair.

The best store for jewelry and belts in Taos. The owner and his assistant were very friendly and explained the types of vintage belt that he carried and about the craftsmanship. My daughter left with 2 beautiful silver bracelets. Very welcoming, thank you.

Wonderful young lady that helped us gave excellent customer service, gave us space to shop around while still being informative. She was customer oriented, had vast product knowledge, and even shared some childhood memories as a local. She made us feel comfortable when asking to try on the jewelry, and knew each and every stone. The shop offers wide range of gorgeous imported, new, native, and local studio jewelry including a piece by “Cruz” out of Santa Fe I fell in love with. The ring that first caught my eye happened to fit like a glove, a polished moonstone in sterling silver, which I later found out to be the “best recommended stone” in crystal healing for my sun sign. There was no way we were leaving without it. For those who are willing, Mesa’s Edge can provide the perfect atmosphere to enrich themselves in southwestern jewelry, and in such an enchanted region, maybe even have a glass slipper moment.

Beautiful selection of stuff BUT the owner of the gallery is unpleasant and seems shady. He hid the name of a ring maker from us saying he didn't want us to have the names of any of the artists because they have direct websites and what if we reached out to them directly? That only he could represent them properly. Pretty clear he is doing major markups on their work and/or trying to keep people from supporting them directly. As artists ourselves, we like to give support and recognition to great artistry and express our appreciation for quality work directly even when we can't afford to purchase it. This guy was rude, accused of us playing some game, and talked himself out of other sales with this energy.

I had a very good experience with Mesa's Edge a couple of days ago. Alain, the store manager was very fair and friendly with regards to a transaction involving several Santos that were carved by a local artist. He was very knowledgeable about the Santos and the artist. I highly recommend Mesa's Edge.

Leroy was fabulous when it came to show me all the Native American handmade jewelry and carvings throughout the stores. He was quite knowledge about all the stones used and took time to write out in details the names of the artists and stones placed in the pieces I bought.

She takes great pride in the local artists and tribes by showcasing their designs. Very knowledgeable and confident about all pieces on display. Attractively displayed and priced. We were not disappointed.

Had a good experience purchasing the ring, but absolutely horrible quality. I haven't even had this ring 3 months and the oxidization, which used to be all around the top half of the ring and which I was promised wouldn't wear away, has totally worn off and is now only on the very top. Additionally, the little gold balls have started to fall off, which I've never had happen to a good piece of jewelry I've owned. I haven't been able to contact the store to get it remedied, despite calling a few times. Super disappointed

The selection of Native American handmade jewelry is fantastic. Beautiful silver, turquoise, and stones. Leslie was friendly and helpful. There were so many beautiful pieces, but happy that I was able to find a stunning silver and turquoise necklace made by the Kuni tribe. Reasonable prices and top notch service.
