Your linemen are a holes . They coulda let me drive past but the a hole blocked the ENTIRE road . The only way I could get out was to drive over the downed line they were there to replace. Putting me in danger because they are dumb , slow, and just plain jerks .

Outage after outage. Most incompetent and RUDE! Oh don't get me started on their rudeness, literally if you call with any issue or complaint they will just hang up. It's always something when you do get in touch with someone as excuse after excuse as to why it isn't their fault. Fire, Truck hit a pole, someone was digging but literally they were the crew working on the lines when all the issues start!!!! They will knock out thier own internet while "fixing an electrical line" and blame someone else! Oh and did I mention they are RUDE! They never take ownership of their own gaffe.Now I fully understand why people moving here want solar and other options for internet.

We put in 2 months ago for service and they still havnt got electric connected, my family member is on breathing masks and no electric. Can you say lawyer time!!!
