“We just arrived in Taos to ski for the week when my car’s check engine light came on and the engine started missing in my new to me 2019 Chevy Tahoe. I was given Andre’s phone number by the local NAPA auto parts store. After running a diagnostic test at the store it showed my number 2 fuel injector was misfiring. I called Andres and was able to get my car to him around 10:15 am, when he fit me into his already busy schedule. By 10:45 he had the parts he thought he would need to fix the car, at 11:15 the car was pulled into the bay for a better diagnostic test. It did not take his guys long to figure out that there was just a disconnected wire to the number two injector. His guy had just replaced injectors in another Tahoe like mine, and was able to get me back running shortly. After a test drive he had me back running by noon. Andres and his guys went above and beyond to make sure my car was running properly. I was prepared to pay whatever it took, however he only charged me for the diagnostic test. I cannot thank him enough for saving my ski vacation!!!!”

I went in today for a new set of tires and ended up with a lot of unforseen problems from the previous owner that I didn't know were there. The staff was so amazing and supportive about it and explained it all in ways i could understand. I will go back every time. They took a stressful situation and made it better.”
