203 Fine Art is a world-class gallery and our favorite in Taos. The proprietors, Eric and Shaun, are Taos art experts/historians as well as accomplished artists in their own right. Call ahead for an appointment and visit their website for detailed information on current exhibits or art for sale. You won't be disappointed!

203 Fine Art is one of the most amazing places in the southwest to experience the beauty and history of Taos artists. It's like a time machine traveling back to the Early Taos mid century Moderns and then forward to current contemporary abstract and modern Taos Artists. Shaun and Eric's knowledge of their works for sale is incredible! So is their own work in the gallery. It's a must stop, on your trip to Taos...or check out their awesome website.

Fantastic gallery. Experts on post modernism and the particular Taos school that reached/influenced throughout the world. Eric & Shawn, renowned artists in their own right, maintain a collection of exemplary art for the discerning collector.

This gallery used to be in town but has moved to a more private location near the center of Taos. It is described as a 'destination gallery' that offers a personalized experience. You make an appointment to visit Eric and Shaun who represent some of the finest modern and contemporary artists in Taos. I just bought a painting by an artist whose work I had been eying for three years. They were terrific at showing me a number of works and giving me the history of the paintings and the artists. They host openings and receptions, and it is well worth your time to get on their mailing lists. This gallery is not just for seasoned collectors who have a ton of money; it is also a great place for new collectors who are drawn to the best work of Taos artists.

Exceptional gallery curated and run by exceptional people. 203's focus on The Taos Moderns and Southwest Modern Art in general, is paramount in appreciating and understanding the Fine Arts movements of New Mexico.

203 is the finest art gallery I have seen in New Mexico. Eric and Shaun are not only fine artists in their own right, but are exceedingly knowledgeable about mid-century abstract art especially the Taos Moderns. Their catalog of Taos Modern Art is incredible to see. The gallery is open with high ceilings and the layout is perfect for the presentation of their paintings. They always have a wonderful current exhibit on display and are also willing to show you something special that may not be out at the time. They are great people too. A must when you visit Taos.

203 has an extensive collection of local past and current abstract expressionist art. Eric and Shaun's knowledge and experience with the artists in Taos provide a wonderful history for the city. While their new location is by appointment only, it's definitely worth making one! Even during feature artist shows they'll be more than happy to show you any other piece you might be interested in. Great place to start collecting!

My husband and I now have a small collection of paintings purchased from Shaun and Eric over the years. The new location for 203 has a wonderful feeling of openness, brightness, and is well worth the short drive. It is different from the Ledoux Street gallery but just as exciting. The exhibits are breathtaking and, of course, there is a room full of other pieces that they are happy to show.Eric and Shaun continue to have an amazing selection of modern art and, luckily my husband and I are usually drawn to the same piece of art as we find it difficult to visit and not purchase. Even if we don't make a purchase, we are always impressed by the artwork and by the knowledge shared by the artists. The new location requires an appointment but all that entails is a phone call. Their prices are competitive for all works. A MUST when visiting Taos.
