Fun, but I feel like it needs more rides, went on all of the rides 7 times. Also needs more roller coasters, it gets boring after awhile mostly there for the snacks or the drinks

While the food was subpar, the rides were great for a family filled Sunday. The purpose of an amusement park is to make you feel excited, amused... the park closed at a de Kent hour but the sun set around 730ish and not a single light was on in the park. Making it look grim and eerie. That is until you were start struck by the Loco 360 being run by Ayden. He was the only person whose ride less fully lit, and let me tell you the picture doesn't do it justice. It was a great experience for the parents and children involved all while the other rides were dark and sad. Overall not too bad a place for a family fun filled day.

Is an excellent place, just the open hours are to low.Also the bumping cars half of them were not working and the lady that was in charge of that area has a zero interest in helping people not choose the non working carts, a lot of them waste their raid in a non working cart. And she didnt care to warn new people those cars were not working.

Great fun for the whole family, it would be nice if there were more rides, but even with the few rides they have one still finds themselves making memories, the food tastes decent and it's most definitely expensive, but overall it was well. I would recommend people to go and visit Western Playland.

My review is about the food stand “Dusty Chicken” at Western Playland. This place is so bad. Of course the prices are outrageous which would be okay if the food was AT LEAST decent. It’s so so bad. Everything i’ve tried here is so bad. Like how can you mess up popcorn??? it was EXTREMELY salty, i had to throw the WHOLE bucket away. On top of that i had to buy the $3 ROOM TEMPERATURE water bottle and when i asked for a cup of ice they said I have to pay for the cup which is $4, the employee even mentioned how even THEY have to pay for cups!!! Insane! Being your own snacks if possible this place is a ripoff.

We had a great day at Western Playland because I spent the time with my family.It costs about $35 per person for entry, and to ride all of the rides.Unfortunately, all of the roller coasters were out of service with the exception of two, the kiddie one, and the log ride one.The food is tasty and reasonable. They do not put enough ice into the drink, and then you have a warm soda. I did ask for more ice, but the young man only threw in a few cubes.They really should install cooling stations with sprinklers because it gets extremely hot walking around. I know they do their best to “control the weather” but misters sure would help like some amusement parks around the country do.I also recommend more benches and lighting into the bathroom entrances. It is completely dark, and difficult to differentiate between the male and female bathrooms.We left as soon the mosquitoes started attacking us, which was about 9 pm.

I have been visiting western Playland all my life. Overall, it's always a fun time! The price is reasonable and they have rides and games for the whole family.I am hoping that under new ownership they can add more rides.

Western Playland amusement park has been the amusement park that brings back beautiful memories! My parents brought me, and my siblings when we were growing up, and we continue the tradition by bringing our daughter! There's lots to see, to eat and to do! Roller coasters, bumper cars, tilt-whirl, and no amusement park is an amusement park without a carousel! The food is reasonably priced and not bad at all, very tasty. I had a hot dog, chips, and a Dr. Pepper. My hubby and daughter had pepperoni pizza and Dr. Pepper as well. Bring your appetites, cash, or card. We will be back very soon! Recommended.

Had a family day and it was enjoyable. The prices are a little high as well as for food and drinks. Agua frescas, boba tea was $7 & water is $3/bottle. Funnel cakes and turkey legs are $12.Price for entry: $27.75

It's a great place for kids 43 inches and up.. the baby rides are good but they all do the same except the hopper one... they need more grass as the cement makes it feel hotter.. buy the alien and refillable popcorn so u can save some cash..

We had a blast!The employees were super kind, and very polite. My girls 2 and 5 year old got to ride in so many rides according to their age. My 5 year old absolutely enjoyed every ride she got on, no regrets, she got on the kid roller coaster like 6 times. I was able to get on too and you can totally feel the adrenaline, I can imagine in a 2 and 5 year old body haha.We got to try the pizza, boba, ice cream stands that they have inside. We were so busy riding rides that we were not able to try more stands.We will come back in the future.

Very nice for a small, local amusement park. Was very glad to see plenty of seating for those not riding. Had a great time.
