I had a minor passport that expired, went to renew as an adult and was pretty much thrown under the bus as they undercharged me for the routine service,as of now i have to send mail over to The US Department of State in order to confirm that i sent the correct amount which is a headache of itself since it feels like this USPS office intentionally undercharged on purpose. (if you plan on using USPS services i think the El Paso one is a better option to go to.)

The Postmaster is a tool.... He is so rude and combative. why do they let him stay at this job. He does not hel out his employees in their time of need....just a shame to have him there

The "postmaster" needs to learn how to interact with the public. He "David Mullins" had terrible people skills. I watched a video where he lied to the cops about a father and son filiming in public. He needs to a demotion while the very nice woman employee needs a promotion.

For this community is excellent, they provide the service of po boxes.. and you can apply for a passport previous appointment.

Just watched a video of postmaster David Mullins trying to lie about an individual causing a disturbance. Then he was confronted about it and tried to weasel his was out of the situation. Please tell me he's still not employed there. Very ignorant and egotistical public servant

We went to apply for a US Passport for our 6 year old daughter. The bad reviews worried me some, but the whole process was fast and pleasant. The young man that handled it was efficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location for your passport application.

Lady at the counter with 5 in nails... made upHER own rules about about what is needed to process a passport! I called dept of state to ask and she told me all the documents I presented was ALL that I should’ve needed! Needless to say she blew me off, and said I needed to reschedule!
