“I had rented a uhual back in May 2019, the experience was excellent!!! I left my 9ft Christmas tree in the truck by accident and they called me a few days later. I was so busy moving I totally spaced it. I called them back in DECEMBER 2019 and asked if by chance they still had it and to my surprise they did!!! “4/14/2023Jason, DeLeon, Eric and the nice lady at the front desk are those I interacted with yesterday. I was directed to this location to have a truck inspected and repaired - on my trip from CA to NC.DeLeon was the tech that checked out the truck and made the necessary repairs to get me back in motion. Everyone was professional and overall everyone seemed to be in a good mood and have good vibes. I believe I counted at least 10 staff members while I was there.If other clients are experiencing the kind of atmosphere and positive vibes as I did then this place should be rewarded by district or regional management.There is a good team at that location.Thanks!”
