“Friendly and helpful, unlike the other El Paso post offices I went to today. Just be aware this location has a very small room for the counter, so unless you and/or the people behind you stand in the lobby (which is what you should do!), it's hard to social distance. 5 stars to the clerk though!”
“If you’re looking for an incredible experience, if you like history, and nice architecture buildings, this USPS store is worth the drive.I had to mail a letter, I was informed that the building is 104 years old, it always has been a post office. It was incredible to see the excellent condition it was in. El Paso has nice rich history, you just need to know where to go.”
“Came in to drop some parcels off and not sure of the process in the states (I’m from overseas), the lovely gentleman at the front desk was very patient and helpful throughout the process.”
“I recently had an issue with my mail key and was in urgent need of a solution. I visited the postal office and was assisted by Miss Zeña. She was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue within 24 hours by providing me with a new key and lock. Her professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. Ive noticed some customers be rude & nasty and staff maintained professional attitudes. Today was the 1st time ive done business w Lili. Very sweet lady.
