The most incompetent post office I’ve ever visited. They sent my package back for no reason then we’re unable to provide any explanation. I had to physically visit to be told it was sent back and then they called the police lol. Complete lack of maturity and inability to handle any criticism.

Fast, friendly, efficient & Covid 19 precautions takin serious. Great staff.
One suggestion, open the doors for fresh air. Better than all circulated during the pandemic.

The post office is fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. I am very happy with my normal carrier on Avenida Pajarito but we had a sub today that ran extremely later then normal and i recieved mail that belonged to another resident on Loma Encantada. Very disappointed in todays service!!
