The front desk staff is very nice, but that's all it's got going for it. Went to see Dr. Renaldi, my appointment was at 8:20, he wasn't even there yet and had an appointment before me. Almost an hour later, he comes in. Sends me for blood work that I had already had done, added one more test. Then dismissed everything as, "all in my head" and offered me something for my nerves. So just because HE didn't know what was going on, nothing is going on? IT MUST BE IN MY HEAD? This is a common problem in the medical field. I used worked in the medical field and seen this behavior over and over.. Especially with women. Do yourself a favor, skip this place. On top of that, they double charged me and has not refunded my $300 (it's been almost 2 months now). So if you're looking for a headache, and to lose money, this is definitely the place to go! Side note: A friend of mine also went here, had the same thing happened to her in regards to being dismissed by the doctor as, "all in her head" thank God she found someone to listen because as it turned out she had a serious heart condition... If they don't know what's wrong, they should refer you to somebody else, especially when they can visibly see something is wrong. However, they won't, so you really are taking your life in your own hands by going here. I highly suggest finding another place to go, your life depends on it.

This place is a textbook "grab and stab" clinic, and they can't even get that right. I couldn't imagine being a patient that needed ongoing care from here. Definitely finding a new PCP for our daughter.

I don't even know if they deserve even one star, ..worst excuse for a receptionist I've ever seen. I had an appointment for 220, received a message the day before to be there by 2, I arrived at 155 and they refused to see me, they said that I have to be there 30 min before appointment regardless of what the message said. So if you need medical attention, don't bother wasting your time here. Could be a little racist or maybe a lot, but definitely some discrimination goin on there. Yeah her and her fat boyfriend smirking the whole time. The humorous part if any is they remind me of kamala Harris and biden, on a pwr trip over the needy.

If they say your appointment is at 9am, show up at 8am, because if you show up at 8:45am, they'll refuse you and reschedule you for an arbitrary date months in the future.Oh, and whatever you do, don't make this mistake twice (even if it's their fault), because if you get put on that no-call no-show list, you may as well see a different doctor unless you have the time to sit in their office like a homeless dog from 10am to 5pm 3 days a week waiting for them to have the consideration to see you. I know it may be hard (having medical issues and all), but that's the only way.I'm now forced to abruptly stop taking the medicine I was taking for years. We'll see how that goes I guess."Do no harm" though.

Usually I am very happy with this clinic. Today I went because I have a very bad cough. I only got a phone visit while I was in my car. The person was a stranger to me. She blew off my complaint, made very light of it. I don't feel I got the proper diagnosis.

The people that were up front are the most pathetic p.o.s.that I have seen. They insulted my boy today in the most rude way and I swear if I didn't have the boys with me I probably would have ended up in jail for beating one or all of them. I called and made an appointment and we showed up and because he was sick they right away said we had to go outside in the freeing cold and that they would go out and test him for covid. We wentout and they took their dear sweet time and and then came out and said he wasn't a patient anymore and would have to reschedule. And for us to go to ER or Belen urgent care. ER has always said to try and see Dr before going to ER. By the way he got tested for Covid and it was negative. I will never forget how we were treated and I hope one day they will know what it feels like. Medical field is only in it for money....they have no compassion for anyone anymore.

I wouldn't know how the doctors are here, can't get in. Referrals from my primary doctor don't come through, appointments set months in advance. Been trying to get in for a year. Appointment made in January for May. Didn't arrive 45 minutes early, so they wanted to reschedule for November. Said they left a voice message it was half cut off- the half about out arriving 45 (45!!!) minutes early. Don't waste your time and effort.

They put my son's life in danger twice. Disgusting how little they care for human life at this place. They are taking people’s money and do not care about human life. If anything happens to my son, I will hold “Dr.” Rivas, “Dr.” Courtney responsible. My son is a patient there and has been for 4 months. He was supposed to see “Dr.” Courtney one day and the office sent him a confirmation text message with the date and time. The day he showed up for the appointment he was denied service saying he was late, but he arrived earlier than the stated hour of the text message and the official appointment. He has been prescribed medication. My son went to the ER at the Presbyterian hospital here in Socorro as referred by Rivas. Rivas somehow did not accept the results of this visit (of the same provider) so he dangerously denied his refill. I also learned that today (my son’s refill day) is Rivas’s last day in this “poor’s people” clinic and he just left them without his prescription. I am in tears as I witness the severity of my son’s condition. I will fill medical malpractice and other complaints with presbyterian but I know nothing will happen to them. I am also helping my son to get help in another clinic outside Socorro, which is hard because Socorro is a small town and it takes an hour plus on the interstate to Albuquerque. They should lose their licenses. I am also putting a complaint on a receptionist lady that made fun of my son’s condition and was in charge of notifying him of his appointment. Do not support them and encourage everyone to speak up. I will try to post their full names and licenses, and complaints numbers in a separate review so you all are aware.

Do not waste your time making an appointment here. After waiting two weeks to see someone I find out that the doctor left and they would have to reschedule the appointment in another two weeks. Called a hospital in Albuquerque and got an appointment in two days. Wish I had done that in the first place and saved myself two weeks of time.

Dr. Sandra Allen, MD & Internist: She is the very best Doctor I've seen in quite a few of my 50 years. I've now been seeing her for 1 year. Knowledgable, up-to-date on the newest diseases but knows the old, top of the class Doctor! She was able to diagnos a serious issue I'd been having from 2014 until 2018 and get me the help I needed. She takes the time to care for each patient at their visit. Usually I'm in the visit for 15-20 minutes, the wait times are the minimal and are the same general wait times you get at most Doctor's offices but at this place ~ Dr. Allen will make sure she gets you treatment you are comfortable with. No ordering you about like you don't know your own body. She is the sweetest lady and so very kind, lovely personality! The nurses and staff are also polite and kind - no snobby or rude people to deal with. Parking is good, handicap available/wheelchair friendly, waiting area is clean as are the (seperate gender) restrooms, play space for children in seating area.

Staff is nice, at least that's something going for this place. The deal breaker is how long they made me wait. I was finally seen an hour and a half after I was scheduled. Honestly, just go to Socorro General Medical Group across the street. Absolutely not worth the wait.
