So disappointed that they have people working in an Auto parts store, that know nothing of vehicles. You tell them what you need and then have to repeat the same thing 3 -4 times. Then you think you have the right part because the incompetent asked 4 fricken times. Only to be told by the mechanic that both the parts that O'Reilly's tech looked up for your vehicle and asked 4 times are the wrong parts. What idiots. Now the kicker is it is almost 100 miles to their store. They should be reimbursing me for milage as well. The one and only time I will shop there. Your people ruined whatever good reputation you may have had O'Reilly's. Shame on you for not getting quality people and training them the right way. Shame on you. A 1 is far more than you deserve but is the lowest I can give. Do yourself a favor if you are reading this find a different parts store.

Last Sunday, May 12th (Mother’s Day), my husband and I were in Socorro, NM. Our tire indicator showed that we were rapidly losing air in one of our tires. We were on our way to Santa Fe, and found ourselves in a predicament since there were no services open for tire repair on Sunday. We stopped at O’Reilly’s, and even though they don’t perform tire repair services, the assistant manager, Cameron, called a good friend and asked him to bring tools to help identify the source of the leak. In a matter of a few minutes they identified and repaired the leak. All we were required to do was purchase a tire repair kit from O’Reilly’s (a minimal cost). We spoke with the store manager, Michael, to let him know we were extremely grateful for the help Cameron and his friend provided. We would have suffered a long delay and additional costs had they not helped us.

Mike, Joshua, Paul, George, (AMAZING COSTUMER SERVICE) HEY BOSS THESE GUYS DESERVE A RAISE!This place was so above and beyond amazing helpful defiantly recomed going to these guys for help doing it yourself auto stuff. Got both vehicles up and running great for me and ready to head out on my road trip.Thanks again guys for being you and getting my vehicles what they needed to get me home safely to my family for new years. Appreciate you so very much.

My truck broke down with a bad turboThe store employees were helpful even offered to pay for drinks. Got my partsWorked on the truck. They assisted when asked.I had a good encounter with getting the right parts in a timely manner.

I see why customers always say something bad about O'Reilly's employees. Iv been working in parts for 20 plus years I know customer service and that place has bad customers service rude employees there. all the employees there are only there to collect there check not to help customers they don't care about helping customers. it's seem like they get irritated when a customer walks in. At that place customers are never right the employees are always right. That's how they think. Do not go there unless you can deal with rude employees

Has almost anything you need. However the woman named Gigi or whatever was very rude for no reason. She seems to be an insufferable know-it-all and it seemed like I was just wasting this woman's time. When trying to report the issue, the person on the phone was even more rude. I think I'll just stick with AutoZone.
