I have tried several times to get in touch with Dr assistant, appointments, and billing no one ever answers. It's always leave a message and we'll get back with you. DOES NOT happen. So my husband goes into office, they tell him sir you can always just call. How funny is that!!

Ravi Bhasker is a VERY respectful, caring, understanding, empathetic doctor. My husband will NOT see any other doctor, he simply REFUSES. I would recommend him to any decent person looking for an excellent doctor.

The medical staff is great. The support staff is incompetent and rude. We finally had to get our medical records ourself after a month+ of them being unable to do their jobs in a component and professional manner. I gave them two stars for the great medical staff, if it was just them it would have been four or five stars, but with support staff like that two stars is generous.
