They refuse to give you a warranty on anything unless you give them your phone number so they can sell it to spammers. Ridiculous. I go to O'Reilly now. Better service, better prices, and no BS.
The "owner" always posts a canned response to bad reviews, which is how you know they don't read them and don't care. Wait for it...

I'm a commercial customer, and use your store due to great pricing and great service (usually)first the good, Holley, Emma, and others working at your store are GREAT. There is one exception, the store manager Aiden, she is disrespectful beyond measure. I have come to the point where I will no longer allow her to help me, I always ask for someone else when she answers the phone, or if I walk in the store. I have personally observed her talking inappropriately to staff and sometimes customers. I use your store more than Napa (too expensive) and Orielys due to the outstanding service from Holly, and Emma, as well as Cory. I have been considering the other 2 parts establishments more lately and find myself using them when good parts people are not available.

Asked them to check my battery/alternator for charge because car wasn't starting well. They claimed the alternator was bad and tried to sell me a new one. Took it to a shop the next week and turns out I just needed a new battery. I bought a car battery charger and a USB cable while I was there. They tried to charge me $120 dollars for a battery charger that was listed for $35 on the shelf, and charged me $30 for a USB cable that was listed at $15. They were also nasty to me the whole time. Avoid this place at all costs.

Check engine light was on. They were very helpful. Found the code and printed out the results. I was on my way within five minutes.
