Now here's one business I don't see how they can stay open for business. The place is usually empty. Except this one time. I just wanted to deposit money in my moms account. Didn't want anything else and they wouldn't let me because I'm not on her account. I could understand if I wanted to know her balance, or want to withdraw, but I was just putting money in. Policy, maybe but I waited in a small line of six people and they only have two tellers. And it took a while. So when I finally got up to the window to find out that they won't assist me, was very upsetting and disappointing. I'm coming to find alot of the businesses here in Silver City New Mexico are like this. Nobody wants to work in this town. The only businesses that are doing good are the dispensaries. I can honestly say this town is going to pot. And I hope not, but I can see it turning into a ghost town. I don't usually point fingers, but I blame parents and the government.

I have had only good experience with their tellers and for my personal banking needs. I did have a hiccup when I tried to open an account for a non-profit; felt like they were giving me the run-around. Couldn’t get a clear answer out of the banker.But for all of my personal banking needs, I couldn’t be more happy with them.

One of the best Wells Fargo experiences I’ve had thanks to Crystal White. She was able to squeeze us in on a busy Friday despite us not having an appointment made. Not only was Crystal incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, she was also kind and went out of her way to assist us with what we needed. Thank you Crystal!!!

RUN! Run far away from this bank! The customer service here is non existent. You call Wells Fargo, they tell you to go into a branch. You go into this branch and they tell you no manager is available to help you! Take your money far away from this horrible bank!

This area is a mining, farming, ranching , hunting community with multiple police and fire departments and hospitals and we allWork widely different hours and it’s hard to get any business done when they never answer the phones , open and close and ridiculous times which I know in deming, las cruces, El Paso all close and help customers no matter the time. Also this Wells Fargo can’t say “ooo it’s because no one wants to work” that’s a lie I have seen people i know and on Facebook put in applications that get denied for work. Idk what it is but somewhere along the way they lost the way to help people they just made it about getting more people to creat accounts and depositing money.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Not but problems with Wells Fargo. I travel a lot for work and from East to West not but problems with this Bank! Why??

I was a new customer to this branch when I went in to order checks and make sure my address was changed. Valerie helped me and she was excellent. She showed me how to use my phone as my debit card in addition to taking care of my other needs. I never felt like she was trying to rush me the way some tellers do. Definitely would recommend.

If examples of bizarre banking mistakes- accidental or otherwise, including repeatedly allowing (perhaps even encouraging?) ancient banking data to overwrite newly inputted information- were delightful and harmonious musical notes, Wells Fargo’s computers might be considered the equal of Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, and Jimi Hendrix.

Teller was kind of rude. Interrupted me twice while I answered his questions. Made me fill out a deposit slip which I probably haven’t had to do for 10 years. Poor service.

Needed a replacement card after my info was stolen. They said it would arrive in 5-7 days - it didn't. I emailed to see what was up; without asking for permission, they then cancelled and deleted all of the stuff for the new card, so even if it shows up slightly late, I can no longer use THAT one either. Called to ask about that since they obviously can't be trusted to do the right thing via email; was told they sent it to the wrong address despite being told the proper one on DAY ONE.Was told I could use an access code (which will no longer work when the new new card is shipped out, so I'd have to go to an ATM tonight or I'm SOL) or make a physical appointment to get issued a temporary card...which I can't do, because they're booked clear til the 19th.I have bills due soon and haven't been able to access money for a week, soon to be two. But eff me, I guess.Will be switching to a bank that's less of a complete joke ASAP and will gladly smear Wells Fargo's name every chance I get after this because of their continued gaffs.

Waiting in a drive through line for 40 minutes to deposit your money is ridiculous! We can not walk in because of Covid, there needs to be more tellers!!!!This is unacceptable!

They have no respect for the Customers waiting in line in drive-through they served people before me even though I was before them and when I complained they canceled my transaction
