iOS really wanted to switch my pharmacy business to Walgreens I gave them all 4 of my prescription s and they filled only one and never filled anything so ended up going back to someone that wanted my business

I’m giving 4 stars for one reason. The pharmacy closes at 7p Mon-Fri, closed on the weekends. What??? Pharmacy is closed on the weekends? I asked the reasoning a couple of months ago and I was told that they had 2 pharmacists quit at the same time so they don’t have the man power to operate 7 days but that they’re working on it. It’s odd that a pharmacist would just quit let alone 2. This isn’t a huge deal for some people but for those of us that have funky schedules, it is. The staff is nice and helpful so that’s a good thing! If and when they extend their hours to match others, I will definitely update the review.

I just got back from Walgreens at 5:05 on a Thursday afternoon. My change came to $7.91 and because the teller didn't have any pennies, she gave my 75 cents and said sorry and moved on. I was shocked. I said you have any dimes or nickels. And she said No. I have never heard of a store not giving their customers their change before. I tried to call the Manager when I got home but the number doesn't work. This is about the third time they have done this to me at this store. I think they are scamming or just great mismanagement. I have been going there for over ten years and haven't had this happen. Maybe a penny or two. But never change. I'm going to call their Corporate Office and let them know. I'm angry about it.

Considering the limited number of employees assigned to this store the service is tolerable. Shelves are usually stocked pretty well. But this does not include the pharmacy. The pick-up wait is usually quite long in the store or drive-in. Since they started using a Central Pharmacy for some prescriptions they are not filled as quickly and the employees can't seem to "find them" while you're waiting. They have A LOT of trouble coordinating prescriptrion refills between your doctor and Walgreens. And lately the pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday.

I called Pharmacy to check stock on an item and was helped by employee Ezekiel Delgado, who provided outstanding, courteous and friendly service! It was a very busy time of day and he was not only prompt but very helpful, taking the time to explain the different types of the same product that were in stock. His level of quality customer service is rare nowadays and very much appreciated!

They have lost my prescriptions twice, on two different occasions than told me they never filled them when I clearly have the bottle they gave me march 15th 2021..Seriously the worst Pharmacy EVER!!

Last week, with 2 cars ahead of me, it took 47 minutes to pick up meds. Ok, whatever, busy day. This week I received a msg that rxs were delayed for updated ins info and to please call. Well ok, I'd given it to them 3x already but whatever, so I called. 14 minutes later I was disconnected without speaking to a human. I'm done with this level of incompetence.

We've been loyal customers of Walgreens for nearly 20 years. We've watched the service at the Silver City store deteriorate over the last four years as the managers have continued to relentlessly cut staff hours. The pharmacy now closes for 'lunch' and there is but a single staff person for drive up and the counter. Wait times have reached untenable limits for a business in a competitive market. As well, the staff shortage began to lead to prescription errors. We've switched to CVS and have been most happy with the service and staff there.

I absolutley love all the girls that work at our walgreens. I dont remember their names. Even though im a huge pain in their asses they always are eager and ready to help me out in any way!!! The guys are a little grouchy but still not bad at all!!! I give this store a 100% and wouldnt trade it for any other one in world!!! Love my walgreens very very much!!!
