Went in today and worked with Luis. We had a lot of questions and a lot of things we needed fixed, Luis helped us perfectly. He was very professional and had a good sense of humor as we joked about IPhone vs. Samsung. The other staff also were professional and very friendly. Great experience overall. One of my best experiences inside a T-Mobile for sure.

I visited this store on the second week of September in order to upgrade my phone. I was talking with Sunday, a newer employee, who was helping me trade in my iPhone xR for a $830 credit towards a new phone, which sounded great. At that time we were interrupted by the store manager who suggested that I wait to do this until the following week, when the iPhone 15 came out. That way I could trade in my phone for the newest model. I didn't care all that much about getting the "newest" phone, but after talking with him, I was persuaded that this was the smarter decision. I asked to make sure that the same deal would be available, and, to his credit, he said that it should be although he couldn't guarantee it.Flash forward to the following week, and all of a sudden my trade-in was now only worth $400. I asked to talk to the manager whom I had spoke to earlier but was told he wouldn't be in until noon that day. I stopped back at 1pm, and the manager was still not there. I stopped in again after I got off work. The manager and a guy in a White Sox hat were working. Long story short I was screwed. I get that it was my decision to follow the manager's advice, but I was so disappointed in how these two employees handled the situation. They both went into "tough guy" mode as I tried to remain as level-headed as possible. The White Sox guy said flatly that I could take the $400 or have nothing. The manager told me it was my choice to trust him and go with his advice, taking no responsibility (or even offering an apology) for interrupting the transaction I had already initiated the previous week that would have saved me $430! It's disappointing that these guys had to pretend they were hot shots instead of admitting that they had made a mistake (not to mention they did not even attempt to try to remedy the situation, even in a tiny way).I ended up going to Verizon across the street, where I traded in my phone for $830 and got on the same coverage plan for $5 cheaper a month. Go there instead.

Chambray really helped me out the other day. This place is a wonderful place to shop, good customer service, good deals and good service in general. All the employees are very helpful, glad to have shopped here

I have consistent experiences in this store and finally met one employee and store manager who were professional and helpful encouraged me to return and Sunday for a phone migration. Unfortunately I had to cancel and return on a different day to a power drinking Facebook scrolling employee who interrupted my service over 8 times to help a colleague and spewed over three minutes negatively about sprint. I am truly disappointed and should walk out. Sadly she is clueless about positive customer serviceReturned again today Third visit I had excellent service by Louie the manager. Sadly after a horrific fall in the parking lot, I learned on my third T-Mobile visit that my phone will pivot over in a number of weeks automatically without further store visits. Seriously I wish I was told the first visit.

Nice friendly helpful staff. Ported both of our lines and bought new phones. Went home with our new phones and plans, only to find out they had not activated the new SIM cards. Store was closed and wouldn't open until 10AM next day. Can't call customer service without a phone. Ended going to Walmart and buying a ultra mobile plan which took 3 minutes to activate on my old phone, just so I could call T-Mobile to get our new phones working. Still took several hours and multiple calls. Can't really recommend T-Mobile.

I am not a fan of cell service providers as it seems that every time I do business with one, I end up getting the short end of the stick. Wrong information, services I did not order but get charged for, etc. I went in to the Silver City store to inquire about home internet. I was less than pleased to find that because I live in Mimbres, the less expensive, unlimited option was not available. in the course of looking at my account, I discovered that I have been paying for a phone that was supposed to be "free" after I traded in my old device. Although one sales associate tried to tell me it was "complicated" but he would "helpe understand" the store manager stepped in, figured out where the error had occurred and worked with his management to make it right. we are talking about $400 so no small thing! my sincere thanks to Louis Cobo at TMobile.

It's an "ok" store if you're just getting a phone with service. As soon as you need to make a change, upgrade or anything else, however, they are a nightmare to deal with... Literally clueless staff, which changes frequently btw.
