A modest car for a modest price. We appreciate their availability and their prices. The woman on the phone was very courteous and helpful, the woman at the desk a lot less so, as mentioned in a previous review. The car did everything with needed it to do. No issues with extending when the auto shop in town left us hanging.

Very happy to have a local rental car agency in town. I run a business about 30 miles away and on occasions need an additional vehicle. Everyone at Silver Rental were very helpful and the process was quick and simple. Glad to see another small business trying to fill a gap in the area. We will be back again in the future.

Completely unprofessional, very rude to me and not helpful whatsoever. 2 or 3 car fleet trying to pose as a business... the rude woman has me filling out info, answering questions and acting as if everything is in motion yet then when I finish she tells me "okay, we will give you a call if something opens up".... Why have me do all that if you knew there was no car available?? Unbelievable. Do NOT recommend

Locally owned, and the owner bends over backwards to be helpful. He gave me his cell number to be sure I had help if there was a problem. He also let us retrieve a forgotten item on the weekend when they were closed.
