I'm hopeful the manager or owner sees this.On Friday, Sep 1 at 7:30 am I called and had a battery ordered in for a 28 hour road trip seeing family. I was assured it was ordered and I could stop in first thing Sep 2 to pick it up. I showed up this morning, only to be told it wasn't in, and after checking it was discovered the order was never placed by the employee in the first place. No apology was even offered, just a silent look of indifference.Inexcusable on both counts.Again, it was the male employee on Sep 1 and the female employee on Sep 2.Simply ridiculous.

The service has always been spectacular here. The employees go out of their way to help, and I was reminded of this after getting no help at Napa (it was the first store on my route) yesterday then heading to O'Reilly where Jacob went out of his way to understand what I needed and find the right part. Thank you!
