Customer service is worthless and after paying my bill that claim I didn't have the funds(which I did) and charged me a fee for the rejected payment. Customer service says I didn't confirm on the second page online but the fact that I was charged a fee shows that I confirmed. Also if my phone logs me on automatically and has for year yet Customer service says I entered the wrong account number...hmmmmm guess my phone is stupid...I wish there were other options. It's robbery.
